# The client's assignment

The client is a PhD student from the TU of Eindhoven who has a research goal which will require our help to find something achievable. 

To prepare for the briefing i came up with some questions we'd need answered, after setting up a teams file to collect them and making sure everyone has some insights. 

In the briefing she introduced me to her research stating that she needed a tool which uses VR and AR to increase workplace satisfaction with the feeling of being involved as well as measuring their mental wellbeing\
This tool will be used to gather data from employees, specifics aren't mentioned and will be clarified

After the briefing we received a few files from client which were the sketchup concepts from an architect as well as some research documents which i cannot post.  

After this was concluded we went over the briefing and assignments and noted it down as a few main requirements. 

The psychology aspect.\
the AR/VR functionalities\
Usable in the workplace\
low time consumption\ <br>

Given these requirements we knew that the AR/VR had to be scrapped as that is way out of our scope. \
we will also have to take into consideration how easy it is to get into / out of the game.
